Fiber strength loss is controlled under8%, fiber length retention ≥85%, average fiber length ≥15 mm, avoiding excessive short-fiber generation caused by denim hard trimmings. Combined centrifugal gravity separation + bottom impurity-discharge channel. Comprehensive impurity-removal rate reaches70-80%, greatly improving finished recycled fiber purity.

2. Stable large-volume continuous production

One MKS600 for front-end heavy load coarse-opening matches one MKS400 transition, then five MKS250 work in cascade for fine treatment. This configuration solves the difficulty that single machine cannot handle thick denim continuously. Feeding speed, roller rotating speed can be adjusted to adapt different thickness of denim scraps.

3. Intelligent safety & enclosed dust-proof design

Optional PLC centralized control, full-line variable-frequency closed-loop synchronous adjustment. Safety interlock for overload, emergency-stop and guard-opening power-off, complying with GB5226 standard. Optional metal/spark detector for fire risk prevention. Fully-enclosed conveying channel with high-efficiency dust collection system, low-noise operation, workshop emission meets environmental-protection requirements.
