condenser is a crucial conveying equipment in the combing and carding combined process, used for transporting various fibers that have undergone preliminary loosening and have a length of less than 76mm. The equipment adopts a double-sided air intake design. The fibers are sucked in from both sides by the fan and evenly condensed on the surface of the dust cage, then peeled off smoothly by the carding rollers and transferred to the downstream equipment. At the same time, dust and short fibers are sucked into the dust cage and discharged to the filtration system. This series includes four models: CF1051(4), CF1051(5.5), CF1051-120(4), and CF1051-120(5.5). They are suitable for different configurations of combing and carding production lines.

Product Application Direction

The application scope of the condenser is highly focused, mainly serving the short fiber processing industry. The core and main application is the cleaning and carding combined process.

1. Cleaning and carding process (opening and cleaning)

As the "hub" and "purifier" of the process, it connects and serves equipment such as the picker, blending machine, and carding machine. This is its most classic and irreplaceable application scenario.

2. Nonwoven fabric production

Used in water-jet and needle-punch nonwoven production lines to transport and consolidate raw materials such as pure cotton and chemical fibers.

3. Chemical short fiber conveying

For chemical short fibers like viscose and acrylic, negative-pressure cotton condensing conveying systems are commonly used solutions for handling these low-density fibers.

The dust cage adopts a double-sided air intake design, which can effectively balance the air volume and pressure on the surface of the dust cage. Strong anti-blocking performance, stable operation

Both ends of the dust cage are equipped with double-layer embedded seals and anti-blocking mechanisms. This design can effectively prevent fibers or impurities from accumulating and blocking at the ends, avoiding equipment blockage and shutdown, and ensuring the continuity of production.

Reliable transmission, higher efficiency

The dust cage and the fan are driven separately (instead of the traditional linkage method). They do not interfere with each other and can be optimized for speed separately according to process requirements, which not only improves the reliability of the entire machine operation but also enhances the transmission efficiency.
