Q: Can I adjust the cutting length on these machines?
A: Yes. All models support adjustable shredding size from 5 mm to 150 mm. This flexibility fits different downstream requirements. You can set the length according to your actual production demand.

Q: What types of materials can the MT series handle?
A: This series is designed for wide fibrous feedstock adaptability. It can process woven bags, fishing nets, leather scraps, hemp fiber, cotton yarn, woven & knitted fabric scraps. If raw materials contain metal buckles, rivets or metal fragments.

Q: Is the machine loud when it's running?
A: Noise varies with material thickness and toughness. The MT-T series adopts heavy-duty compact frame structure to reduce vibration and lower noise. We recommend installing anti-vibration pads under the machine. For multiple machines running simultaneously, acoustic barriers can be installed in workshop.

Q: How are the safety protections?
A: Standard configuration includes safety guards and safety interlock switches. The machine will cut off power and stop automatically once the guard cover is opened. Anti-entanglement device is fitted at feed inlet to prevent material wrapping and avoid accidental hand injury. Our machine can meet CE requested.

Q: Which textile waste cutting machine should I choose for my recycling business?
Selection depends on your daily throughput and raw material type.
Small-scale / startup recycling line: MT800F (100-300 kg/h), compact footprint.
Medium recycling plant: MT1200F (300–500kg/h), balanced capacity and cost.
Large recycling facility: MT1600F(500–800 kg/h) or MT2400F (800–1000 kg/h) for maximum throughput. We suggest confirming your daily tonnage and workshop space first before finalizing the model. This capacity refer the shredded size 2-3cm.
