Q: 1.How long is your machine warranty? Which parts are covered? Are wear parts inside the warranty range?

A: Our machine warranty for one year, don’t include quick wear parts. There will include some spare parts with machine.

Q: Are the bales square and well-formed? Will they loosen or fall apart after strapping?

A: Yes. Dual-cylinder synchronized pressing ensures balanced force across the chamber, producing bales with flat, square faces and clean edges. The pressure-holding function allows the bale to fully set before ejection, so it won't spring back or loosen after strapping. As long as it's strapped properly (we recommend at least two straps), bales stay intact through shipping and stacking.

Q: Can bale size and weight be adjusted?

A: Absolutely. Bale height and weight are set through the touchscreen—adjust them based on your container size, truck capacity, or warehouse shelving. No wasted space, no overloading.

Q: Does the baling quality stay consistent across different materials?

A: Different materials—recycled fiber, cotton, polyester, fabric strips—all have different compression ratios and spring-back characteristics. But the touchscreen lets you adjust pressing pressure and hold time for each material type. Switch materials, switch to the saved recipe, and the bale quality stays the same. No drop-off.
