I. Low-Damage Opening — Better Fiber Quality

The machine uses a 2+8 roller setup: two opening roller plus eight carding rollers. Progressive carding means fibers are opened gradually, not torn apart. Jinan Morinte's own "opening-before-carding" process does exactly that—card first, then open. It keeps fiber strength loss under 8%. Field results show length retention above 85%, with average lengths hitting 15mm or better. That's the kind of feedstock spinning lines want.

II. Impurity Separation That Works

Air-flow separation and deceleration do the heavy lifting here. Light fibers get carried to the outlet; heavier stuff—buttons, zippers, metal pieces—drops out through the bottom channel. Removal rate runs 70% to 80%. The machine also has adjustable dust grids and bottom-mounted suction fans that pull out labels, dust, and short fibers. What comes out is clean, low-impurity regenerated fiber.

III. Handles a Wide Range of Feedstock

Cotton, polyester, linen, fiberglass, nylon carpet—this machine takes them all. It's built for yarn and fabric waste under 40-count. Different input forms? Safety interlocks cover overload, emergency stop, and power cut when guards open; meets GB 5226 standards. Optional metal/spark detector adds real-time protection—catches and ejects metal and sparks before they cause damage or fire.

Mix opened recycled fibers with resin or cement, hot-press or cast it—you get building panels and insulation boards that perform. This is the most established cross-industry path for hard waste. Q: 1.What is the whole line size? How much space do I need in my workshop to place all machines?

A: Only recycling machine takes 13.5m*4.5m floor space. We suggest you leave a 15m*6m area in your factory for easy operation and maintenance. Machine 13.5*4.5m.

Q: 2.What waste materials can be processed by this line? Cotton, polyester, old clothes, linen and chemical fiber scrap can all be worked?

A: It can handle nearly all textile waste: cotton and polyester old garments, fabric, yarn; nature fiber (linen, ramie, jute, hemp, pin-apples fiber, banana fiber); nonwoven and wool waste.

Q: Is the PLC electric cabinet included for free? Can I adjust the speed of each motor separately?

A: PLC control is option if you need, all motor also can fix inverter to control the speed.

Q: Is there a complete quality inspection report, certificate of origin, and customs clearance documents before leaving the factory？

A: We supply full inspection report, certificate of origin and all customs clearance documents together with machines.

Q: What’s the total power of the full line? How much electricity does it use every hour?
