Wide-width integrated rigid structure suppresses thermal deformation at the source

This machine uses a wide-width integrated design and increases output by 40%. The cylinder, doffer, and circular side plates are all integral castings, which greatly reduce thermal expansion. Even during long high-speed runs, the settings stay stable and do not drift. The welded frame made of trapezoidal steel plates is simple and strong, giving the machine a solid base for stable high-speed operation.

Large carding area and precise settings turn fluctuations into stability

The carding arc is 3 meters long and the working width is 1.28 meters. This gives fibers more time to be carded, mixed, and transferred, so changes in raw material or feeding are buffered and sliver quality stays consistent. More setting points allow the gap between cylinder and flats to be locked more precisely, keeping it uniform during high-speed rotation. Nep removal is over 88%, and carding quality remains stable even when output changes.

Cylinder and flats run in opposite directions for stronger carding

The cylinder and running flats move in opposite directions, which strengthens carding and improves web quality. Together with front and rear stationary flats and an optimized web cleaner, carding and impurity removal are further improved.

Independent intelligent drives and online monitoring for stable operation

The cylinder, licker-in, and flats can all be speed-adjusted independently. Each drive point runs on its own without interference, avoiding the speed ratio fluctuations common with traditional mechanical linkages, so the whole machine runs more smoothly and is easier to control. The cylinder and licker-in use wide flat belt transmission for stable and reliable operation. The doffer uses hybrid frequency control with stepless speed regulation via synchronous toothed belt.

New web guiding and multi-point continuous suction for good cleaning and easy operation

The new cross-apron web guiding system guides the web well, removes impurities effectively, and is easy to operate. Transparent plastic pipes allow multi-point continuous suction on the card, making it easy to observe and keep production clean.
