This complete production line is specially developed for recycling “denim waste”, including jeans off‑cuts, defective denim fabrics, leftover denim pieces and hard denim trimmings. Adopting progressive multi‑stage opening & carding process: MKS600 performs heavy‑duty coarse opening for thick, tough denim material; MKS400 completes intermediate opening and primary impurity removal; five‑unit MKS250 group carries out fine opening, repeated carding. The whole line gradually tears compact denim scraps into fluffy, low‑damage regenerated blended fiber, removing the dust and short fiber fragments in‑line. Output recycled fiber can be directly supplied for rotor spinning, non‑woven production, building insulation panels and automotive interior composite mats, insulation felt, realizing circular reuse of denim textile waste.
