The MT rotary cutting machine is engineered for continuous pre-shredding of flexible waste materials in recycling industries. Featuring a rotating cylindrical cutter matched with stationary blades and constant-speed conveyor feeding plus adaptive pressing rollers, it firmly holds materials and delivers steady, uniform cutting without tangling.

Rotary Type Cutting Machine adopts continuously rotating cylindrical cutter disc, which works in coordination with fixed straight‑blade cutter. With precise fitting between rotary blades and fixed blade, the equipment automatically compresses and cuts feeding materials, and conveys finished materials out via output conveyor belt.
The feeding system is equipped with parallel constant‑speed conveyor belts. Two pairs of self‑adjusting pressure rollers grip raw materials before cutting inlet. Materials can be continuously and evenly fed into cutting unit for shearing, then discharged from output belt.
It is widely applied for cutting & shredding all kinds of soft materials: textiles, chemical fiber, waste paper, leather, mineral wool, linen fiber and other flexible materials.
