SFU150J horizontal hydraulic baling press is specially developed for baling waste cotton from cotton spinning mills. It can run independently or connect with fiber separators and waste cotton processing machines to realize automatic baling workflow. Built with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical integrated system, this baler adopts photoelectric sensing and limit switch for sequential control. It delivers max thrust up to about 13000kg under rated working pressure of 10MPa, producing cotton bales of 120‑130kg. Featuring compact overall dimension, solid welded steel frame, low vibration and noise, it brings easy installation, convenient operation and reduced labor intensity for textile waste baling.

Complete Safety Protection & Energy‑saving Operation
It is equipped with safety cut‑off switch for cotton‑dropping box door; all cylinders stop working once the door opens. The upper‑lower cutting blades are made of T10 material with HRC55‑60 hardness for long service life. The motor supports continuous running for high‑volume production or intermittent start‑stop for small workload, which reduces motor load and restricts the rise of hydraulic oil temperature.

This SFU150J horizontal hydraulic baling press is mainly applied for compressing and baling waste cotton from cotton spinning mills. It can cooperate with fiber separators and waste cotton processing machines to build an automatic baling system. By compressing loose waste cotton into dense regular bales, it effectively reduces material volume for easier storage and transportation, widely adopted in spinning mills, textile waste recycling workshops and related fiber processing sites.
