Condenser is widely used in textile blow room lines for conveying loosened fibers with length up to 76mm. Fibers are sucked by fans from both sides and condensed on the dust cage surface. The stripping roller strips condensed fibers and sends them to downstream equipment. Meanwhile, dust and short fibers are separated inside the dust cage and delivered to filter systems. Multiple models are available to match different blowroom production lines.

Product application direction
Condenser serves textile blowroom lines. It conveys loosened fibers below 76 mm. Fibers are sucked from two sides and condensed on the dust cage. The stripping roller transfers condensed fibers to downstream machines, while dust and short fibers are separated and sent to filter systems.
