High effcient Soft Cotton Opening And Recycling line
This is specifically designed to recycle and clean waste cotton from spinning mills. The line can be used to clean sweeping, remove neps, linter, cotton dropping, card fly etc. parts mixed inside the material.
Waste cotton have fed in opener and detected by the metal and spark detector, then transport to the three sections cleaning machine and one section carding machine to remove the dust and micro dust, then to auto baling machine to be pressed. Whole line capacity 600kg/hr.
This line can also equip auto dust baling machine for dust filter and collect dust from cleaning machine as request.

Cotton fiber Cleaning Line
Overview
bale plucker is the first core machine in the blow room line. Its primary task is to mechanically "pluck" or "tear" the densely packed cotton or synthetic fiber bales—which are compressed from various origins—into small and uniform tufts, preparing them for subsequent processes such as blending, opening, and cleaning.
Main types of bale pluckers and their applicable scenarios
Reversible bale plucker : Travels back and forth on rails, offering large bale laydown capacity and high production output. It is suitable for large-scale, modern blow room lines.
Circular bale plucker : Rotates around a central circular plate. Featuring a classic structure with easy operation and maintenance, it is suitable for small to medium-scale production.

The cleaning machine removes 60%–70% of dust and micro dust while preserving fiber integrity. The beater mechanism is designed to loosen the material and remove dust through centrifugal force without damaging the fiber, so that the cleaned fiber can proceed to the next processing stage in good condition

The line is equipped with metal and spark detectors to remove sand, stones and metal parts from the material stream before they can cause damage to downstream machinery or create fire risk.
