Condenser is widely used in textile blow room lines for conveying loosened fibers with length up to 76 mm. Fibers are sucked by fans from both sides and condensed on the dust cage surface. The stripping roller strips condensed fibers and sends them to downstream equipment. Meanwhile, dust and short fibers are separated inside the dust cage and delivered to filter systems. SFU150J horizontal hydraulic baling press is specially developed for baling waste cotton from cotton spinning mills. It can run independently or connect with fiber separators and waste cotton processing machines to realize automatic baling workflow. Built with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical integrated system, this baler adopts photoelectric sensing and limit switch for sequential control. It delivers max thrust up to about 13000kg under rated working pressure of 10MPa, producing cotton bales of 120‑130kg.
