Textile mills often face a dilemma when processing waste cotton (such as lint, yarn ends, fabric scraps, and trimmings): purchasing low-cost equipment results in high labor intensity due to manual feeding and unsatisfactory impurity removal, while investing in expensive fully automatic production lines raises concerns about raw material compatibility and long payback periods. To address this challenge, Jinan Morinte has introduced a new waste cotton cleaning machine featuring a dual-beater operating structure that achieves efficient impurity removal while maintaining low energy consumption. The machine is easy to install and can be used independently based on specific cleaning requirements or integrated into Morinte's waste cotton recycling production line for coordinated operation. This solution enables textile enterprises to achieve cleaner waste cotton processing with lower investment and shorter return-on-investment cycles.

This is specifically designed to recycle and clean waste cotton from spinning mills. The line can be used to clean sweeping, remove neps, linter, cotton dropping, card fly etc. parts mixed inside the material.

Waste cotton have fed in opener and detected by the metal and spark detector, then transport to the three sections cleaning machine and one section carding machine to remove the dust and micro dust, then to auto baling machine to be pressed. Whole line capacity 600kg/hr.

This line can also equip auto dust baling machine for dust filter and collect dust from cleaning machine as request.

Cotton waste recycling machine processes daily by-products from spinning mills, including carding waste, combing waste, flat strip waste, floor sweepings, comber waste, and flying fibers. Through three stages—opening, combing, and impurity removal—it progressively separates dust, fine particles, metal shavings, and short fibers, producing clean recycled cotton with good fiber length and low impurity content, suitable for blending or baling and sale. The complete line includes an automatic cotton picker, metal spark detector, three-roller cleaning machine, carding machine, and automatic baler, enabling fully automatic operation from input of waste material to output of finished product. With a production capacity of 150–250 kg/hour, the system can be customized according to waste type, output requirements, and available space.
