A: It features one 600 opening machine (MKS600), one 400 opening machine (MKS400), and 8-roller 250 fine recycling machine (MSL250x8), there can also use different rollers qty and size according to different material.

A: It is optimized for hosiery and weaving fabric waste, yarn waste, garment waste, non woven edges, roving, different nature fibers (flax, ramie, hemp, pin apple, banana fiber) etc.

A: The line delivers a steady processing capacity ranging from 200 to 250 kg/h, this can get better fiber quality. You can also increase the capacity to more than 300kg, but fiber quality will going down.

A: Recycled fiber normally feed to fiber presser to press into bales, there have manual and semi auto type baler for option. Dust will be sucked into dust filter to be collected.
