It is specially designed for hard textile waste, widely suitable for used clothes, knitted & woven fabric scraps, yarn waste, non-woven waste, denim waste, waste carpet, jute, hemp, flax, ramie, chemical fiber and glass fiber. The line can turn these scraps into clean reusable fiber for re-spinning. The capacity ranges from 200–350 kg/h.

Product application direction
This complete textile waste recycling line is designed to process a wide range of raw materials, including used garments, denim scraps, waste carpets, ramie, flax, hemp, jute, cotton, waste yarn, non-woven fabric scraps, polyester and other chemical fibers. After multi-stage opening and impurity removal, the obtained clean recycled fibers can be used for re-spinning of yarn below 40S, manufacturing nonwoven felts, as well as filling materials for mattresses, pillows and automotive interior padding. It effectively turns hard textile waste into valuable reusable fiber materials and achieves the eco-friendly resource recovery of waste textiles.
01. Textile Re-spinning
Recycle cotton, ramie, flax, hemp, jute and waste yarn. After multi-stage opening and cleaning, the purified recycled fiber can be used for producing yarn below 40 S, supporting textile re-spinning production.
2. Garment & Denim Waste Recycling
Process used clothes, denim scraps and garment leftover fabric. The processed fiber can be spun into yarn for spinning mills, and is also widely adopted as filling material for mattresses, pillows, cushions and other home textile products.
3. Non-woven & Carpet Waste Treatment
Recycle nonwoven scraps and waste carpet. The processed fiber can be made into nonwoven felt, geotextile and various soft padding materials for industry and home use.
4. Chemical & Special Fiber Recovery
Handle polyester, chemical fiber and glass fiber waste. This line effectively opens and separates these hard-to-process fibers to realize resource recycling and waste reduction.
