This guillotine precision cutting machine adopts a pair of linearly moving vertical blades. With synchronized feeding guides, it feeds fiber bundles into the cutting section, and fixed stoppers set the target cutting length to finish shearing. It supports a wide adjustable cutting length, minimum up to 0.1mm. Suitable for various fibers including glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid and polyethylene. It accepts various forms of raw materials including different scraps. Featuring ultra-high cutting precision, the PLC control version can achieve ultra-short cutting like 0.4mm for electrostatic flocking applications, which cannot be completed by ordinary cutting machines. Multiple models are available with output from 1kg/h to 400kg/h.

This is specifically designed to recycle and clean waste cotton from spinning mills. The line can be used to clean sweeping, remove neps, linter, cotton dropping, card fly etc. parts mixed inside the material.

Waste cotton have fed in opener and detected by the metal and spark detector, then transport to the three sections cleaning machine and one section carding machine to remove the dust and micro dust, then to auto baling machine to be pressed. Whole line capacity 600kg/hr.

This line can also equip auto dust baling machine for dust filter and collect dust from cleaning machine as request.
