FA025 and FA025-160 Multi-Mixer are high-efficiency blending machines specifically developed for the blow room section of the cotton spinning process. Fine opener is one of the core machines in a blowroom line, belonging to the fine opening and cleaning process. It primarily performs further fiber opening, combing, and efficient removal of impurities, delivering high-quality, clean cotton layers for subsequent processes such as carding. The machine features a compact structure, mainly composed of five modules: upper cotton box, feeding unit, beater unit, grid adjustment unit, and frame. Waste material is discharged through centrifugal force generated by the rotating beaters. After thorough opening and cleaning, the raw material is conveyed to downstream processes, while waste is drawn into the filtration system.

Being in conjunction with cotton waste processor, the product automatically packs the processed cottons (or secondary waste cotton). It can also be used for other occasions requiring automatic collection and packed into shape.

Mainly used for air conditioning and dust cleaning system in textile industry including cotton, wool, linen/ramie and chemical fiber etc., it can filter and collect dry fibrous impurity and dust in the air, which makes dust air purified and reach the requirement of recovery and discharge.

The FA151 dedusting machine is a core equipment in the blow room line, normally positioned as the last machine in the line. Its primary task is to efficiently remove microdust from sufficiently opened fibers via perforated plates and airflow without causing damage to fibers, which is critical for rotor spinning and air-jet spinning processes.

condenser is a crucial conveying equipment in the combing and carding combined process, used for transporting various fibers that have undergone preliminary loosening and have a length of less than 76mm. The equipment adopts a double-sided air intake design. The fibers are sucked in from both sides by the fan and evenly condensed on the surface of the dust cage, then peeled off smoothly by the carding rollers and transferred to the downstream equipment. At the same time, dust and short fibers are sucked into the dust cage and discharged to the filtration system. This series includes four models: CF1051(4), CF1051(5.5), CF1051-120(4), and CF1051-120(5.5). They are suitable for different configurations of combing and carding production lines.

Axial flow opener is the second core machine in the blowroom line, positioned immediately after the bale plucker. Its primary task is to perform free-beating opening and cleaning on the cotton tufts discharged from the bale plucker. As the cotton flow moves in a spiral motion along the beater inside the chamber, impurities are effectively separated and expelled under the combined action of centrifugal force and grid bars, while the fibers undergo gentle opening.

Unlike the "plucking" action of the bale plucker, the defining characteristic of the axial flow opener is "non-gripping opening that does not damage fibers," achieving the process philosophy of "open before blending, remove impurities early with minimal fiber breakage, and achieve gentle opening."

bale plucker is the first core machine in the blow room line. Its primary task is to mechanically "pluck" or "tear" the densely packed cotton or synthetic fiber bales—which are compressed from various origins—into small and uniform tufts, preparing them for subsequent processes such as blending, opening, and cleaning.

The feeding system is equipped with parallel constant‑speed conveyor belts. Two pairs of self‑adjusting pressure rollers grip raw materials before cutting inlet. Materials can be continuously and evenly fed into cutting unit for shearing, then discharged from output belt.
