Core Advantages 03
Morinte: More Precise Cutting, Better Fiber Integrity, Safer Operation

The textile waste cutting machine is a core pre-processing unit in a textile recycling line. It cuts irregular waste materials into uniform pieces, ensuring continuous and stable operation of downstream processes. Precise control of cutting length helps preserve fiber quality and value, while integrated metal detection and rejection remove foreign objects at the source, minimizing the risk of equipment damage and fire.

The cutting machine determines whether a recycling line can efficiently and safely produce high-quality recycled fiber.
One Material, One Solution - Not One Machine for Everything
The technical approaches vary significantly, with none being universally applicable to all materials—textiles are prone to entanglement, glass fibers to wear, and high-tensile fibers to tearing. Rather than relying on a single technology, Morinte offers three mature models tailored to distinct material characteristics.
✦ Reciprocating Type: Designed for heavy and bulky materials. It minimizes heat generation and provides strong cutting force with a large stroke, making it ideal for waste fabrics, used garments and chemical fiber materials.
✦ Rotary Type: Provides high-speed continuous shearing and is suitable for waste yarn, fishing nets, hemp fibers, plastic film, FIBC bags and other materials. It offers high processing efficiency while minimizing blade wrapping.
✦ Roll Cutting Type: Designed for precision cutting of glass fiber, carbon fiber, polyester, aramid and other hard, high-strength or specialty fibers. It delivers clean cutting surfaces and precise cutting dimensions.
Customers do not need to compromise. Morinte recommends the most suitable machine according to the raw material. For complex and diverse materials, mature multi-machine combination solutions are also available. With three cutting technologies and three product lines, Morinte can provide complete solutions across different material requirements-offering a broader range of choices than manufacturers relying on a single cutting technology.
Cutting Precision: From "±1 mm" to Precision in Every Cut
The industry commonly uses ±1 mm as a reference for cutting accuracy, but this figure is generally measured under ideal laboratory conditions. In actual production, variations in material density, feeding speed and blade wear can cause cutting accuracy to fluctuate. Morinte integrates precision control into the machine design. The roll-cutting models use diagonal rotary rolling shear technology, in which the contact point between the cutting blade and fixed blade moves continuously, enabling clean cutting without slipping.

For rotary models, the synchronized speed-control system precisely matches the conveyor speed with the cutting-disc speed, ensuring highly consistent cutting lengths. For hard and high-strength fibers, certain CNC models can achieve cutting accuracy of up to ±0.2 mm. Higher cutting consistency results in better cut surfaces-smooth, burr-free and free from stretching deformation. This not only improves the quality of the cutting process itself, but also helps prevent additional energy consumption and quality loss in downstream opening processes caused by fiber ends sticking together.

Morinte's precision is not simply a number stated in a brochure. It is reflected in the consistent fiber length and smooth cut surfaces of each batch of finished fibers—the kind of precision that downstream spinning processes actually require.
Morinte: Higher Fiber Yield, Longer Fiber Length, Safer Production

Morinte provides more than textile waste recycling equipment. We provide systematic solutions that have been validated in international markets and are designed to address complex processing challenges.

While many equipment suppliers primarily sell hardware, Morinte provides a process system validated in international markets, automatically matching optimal opening and carding parameters to different types of waste rather than leaving customers to determine and adjust the process parameters themselves.

Advanced Processing Concept: Using "Gentle Opening" to Handle Tough Materials
Traditional recycling equipment can struggle when processing waste materials with complex compositions and different physical characteristics, such as highly twisted waste yarn and old garments containing buttons. Such materials can easily cause fiber damage or damage the card clothing.

The core design concepts of the Morinte recycling line are "fiber morphology restructuring" and "broad-spectrum adaptability." This is more than simple parameter adjustment. It is a processing system designed to actively respond to changes in the physical properties of incoming materials.
Innovative Station-Based Output - Multiple Processing Modes in One Machine
The processing quality and opening intensity can be flexibly adjusted according to the material being processed on a given day, such as denim versus waste yarn.

This is equivalent to integrating several different opening modes into a single machine, allowing the production of recycled cotton with different quality requirements while minimizing fiber damage. It is a practical solution for handling fluctuations in actual production.

Modular roller system and precise speed ratios: For yarn waste, the speed ratio between the feeding roller and the taker-in can be adjusted to achieve "twist loosening first, followed by carding." For naturally hard fibers such as hemp, a larger carding gap is adopted to accommodate their material characteristics.
Active Safety Protection - Eliminating Fire Hazards at the Source
Recycled fiber feedstock often contains metal fragments such as buttons, zippers and needles. During high-speed opening, these metal contaminants can easily generate sparks through friction.

The Morinte production line is equipped with a metal and spark detection and removal system as standard.

Based on practical experience from multiple production lines, the system can detect and automatically remove foreign objects at the early stage of spark generation, helping prevent fire accidents, protect equipment and personnel, and significantly reduce losses caused by production stoppages for fire handling.
Intelligent Broad-Spectrum Feeding & Carding System - Smooth Feeding Without Blockage
The Morinte production line is designed around the principles of "simple process, high efficiency and broad adaptability." The transfer of the fiber batt is smooth and continuous, helping prevent blockage while eliminating the need for complicated external piping. This simplifies installation and maintenance.

The complete line can be optionally equipped with PLC control and frequency converters, allowing flexible configuration and intelligent operation.
Morinte Fiber Quality: Defining Performance Through Data
The core value of recycled fiber lies in fiber length and short-fiber content. These two indicators directly influence the selling price of recycled cotton and the range of downstream applications.

The performance of Morinte's flexible carding process is not merely theoretical; it has been verified through third-party testing:
✦ Unopened yarn content: reduced to 0.60%
✦ Opening efficiency: up to 97.9%
✦ Short-fiber content: controlled at 18.65% in the finished product

This helps Morinte produce recycled cotton that is well opened while retaining longer fibers, providing the potential for use in higher-end spinning applications.
Morinte: More Thorough Fiber Carding, More Consistent Evenness, More Reliable Production

Carding is the "heart of the spinning process." Fiber straightening, parallelization and separation, as well as the evenness of the final yarn and the number of neps, are all strongly influenced by this stage. Morinte's carding machine is not simply a carding unit, but a validated quality assurance system.

More Thorough Carding - Building Fiber Quality from the Start
Morinte provides not only carding equipment, but also a systematic carding solution based on a 2.8-meter-long carding arc and the efficient coordination of 40 working flats.

Rather than simply supplying a combination of hardware, Morinte provides a validated processing capability.

The combination of 40 working flats (108 flats in total), 1,280 mm working width and 400 m/min high-speed sliver delivery ensures that each fiber undergoes sufficient carding and straightening, reducing the need to compromise between production capacity and fiber quality.
More Stable Operation - Consistent Carding Gaps at High Speed and High Output
Morinte provides more than cast components. It provides a systematic stability solution based on integral cast-iron construction and independent variable-frequency drives.

The cylinder, doffer and side frames are integrally cast using German resin-sand casting technology, providing low thermal expansion and high rigidity. Even when the cylinder speed reaches 500 rpm, the carding gap remains precise.

The stepped steel-plate welded frame effectively absorbs vibration and helps prevent deformation during long-term operation, reducing the need for frequent shutdowns for adjustment.
